thepcbutler wants to keep the pricing simple and has only one rate when working at your place

- which works out at £60 per hour (+ VAT) but starting with a half hour minimum and then 15 minute blocks
 
How many other IT Support web sites are there where can you get that degree of clarity on pricing ?

some problems are better diagnosed on site when all the peripherals (modem/router, printer, scanner etc.) are attached - however, many issues can be dealt with by looking only at the tower / laptop back at our workshop (the initial phone call or email will help determine this) - in many such cases we can quote a fixed price
