some problems are better diagnosed on site when all the
peripherals (modem/router, printer, scanner etc.) are attached - however, many issues can be dealt with by looking only at
the tower / laptop back at our workshop (the initial phone call or email will help determine this) - in many such
cases we can quote a fixed price
there will be an additional charge to the prices
above for call outs and for delivery and uplift if you live outside the Edinburgh city boundary VAT
is added where applicable
